China continues AD measures on stainless steel products
The Chinese Ministry of Commerce decided to continue existing anti-dumping (AD) duties on stainless steel products importing from the EU, UK, Japan, Korea and Indonesia on 8 May. This has concluded China's re-investigation of this AD measure after the World Trade Organization (WTO) determined the AD on Japan was inconsistent with WTO agreements on 28 July 2023 following a complaint from Japan, Kallanish notes.
