GCC mills receive promising billet, rebar export enquiries
The fully integrated mills in the Gulf Cooperation Council are seeing a good flow of billet enquiries from North Africa, Latin America and Pakistan, and for rebar from Europe and the Far East. They are cautiously monitoring markets with a view to closing deals, to take advantage of the improving sentiment before the New Year holiday, notes Kallanish.
