Roger Emmott is a highly regarded management consultant, business developer, innovator and advisor to the global metals and mining sector. For over more than 20 years he has advised more than 50 clients in over 50 countries. Roger has held senior positions with Steel Business Briefing, Atkins Plc in the UK and Hatch Associates of Canada. In these roles he gained in-depth experience of strategic, due diligence, market and feasibility studies including interview and research techniques, information synthesis, validation and presentation.

Russell Dearden worked for Tata Steel UK (formerly known as British Steel and then Corus) for 38 years, joining them in 1970 as a mechanical Engineering student apprentice. His career progressed through Engineer in the steelworks to Production Control Engineer in the tubeworks plug mill. The transition into sales was made in 1982 with a 2 year spell still with British Steel in Canada as Technical Manager for downhole casing and tubing utilising VAM threads. Here he gained his Chartered Engineer status. With the Oil price fall around 1984 he then returned to the commercial centre in Corby in the Midlands, where he focused on line pipe retiring in 2011 as Tata Steel UK, Sales Manager for pipelines Americas & Middle East. He is now working part time as the convenor for ISO TC67 SC2 WG16 which looks after ISO 3183 line pipe standard.

Viktor is a senior sales manager at Interpipe, the large Ukrainian steel tubes manufacturing group. He has been working at Interpipe since 2010, leading and developing marketing activities. As Head of Marketing, he was responsible for strategy, market research and business development. Based on Interpipe strong international positioning, Viktor has broad knowledge of wolrd steel pipe and oil & gas industries. He managed business development projects, focused on market entry (South America) and product portfolio expansion (Middle East / Central Asia). He is a recognized speaker at global events & conferences. In 2014 Viktor joined the Interpipe Middle East team to focus on sales in the region and is based in Dubai, UAE. Prior to joining Interpipe Viktor worked on different positions in Ukrainian private-equity sector. He holds MA degree in Economic Theory from Kyiv School of Economics / National University "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy" (2007).

Since 2005, Alan has been the Chairman of the Energy & Marine Group at Reed Exhibitions Ltd. He is also currently Executive Chairman of Raffles Energy which is a private equity investor. Raffles Energy is focused on exploration and production with assets currently in Romania. Alan Grant was previously Senior Adviser to Maersk Olie og Gas in Copenhagen, 2002-2010 (from 2002 to 2008 additionally non-executive Chairman of the Board of Maersk Oil UK Ltd). From 2001 he also held the position of Executive Director of the International Association of Oil & Gas Producers (OGP) for 4 years. This involved representing the industry at intergovernmental bodies (e.g. World Bank, European Commission etc) and other industry associations. Alan Grant worked for the Shell Group from 1971 to 2000. This involved assignments in Oman, Brunei, Russia, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. Appointments included Senior Reservoir Engineer for Europe, Director of Research for Shell Exploration & Production, Vice President for Joint Ventures and Planning in Russia and the position of President of Sakhalin Energy Investment Company (Sakhalin II), a joint venture then consisting of Marathon, Mitsubishi, Mitsui and Shell.  In December 2000, Alan Grant retired from Shell and returned from Yuzhno Sakhalinsk on Sakhalin Island to live in the UK – after 25 years abroad.

Anthony Livanios, is the CEO of Energy Stream CMG GmbH, an international advisory firm in the oil and gas industry based in Frankfurt, Germany. He has over 20 years of experience in structuring, negotiating, and implementing oil and gas projects, intergovernmental agreements, pipeline negotiations, geopolitical risk assessments, and market intelligence. His experience includes providing advice on oil and gas project development agreements, shareholders and project sharing agreements. He has been advising oil majors, national oil companies, and oil independents on concessions, pipelines and LNG projects on investment strategies, establishment of joint ventures, privatization, and oil and gas infrastructure development. He has implemented energy projects in Eurasia and Caspian region, Persian Gulf and Arab world, Europe and the United States. He was Managing Director for LNG Trading at M&M Gas S.A. of the Motor Oil group, (2010-­?2011), President of Poseidon S.A., Offshore Natural Gas Greek-­?Italian Pipeline(2009 – 2010) achieving the agreement for the construction of the Greek-­? Bulgarian Natural Gas Pipeline (IGB). From 2000 to 2009 he was the CEO and founder of Alpha Metrics S.A., a company specializing on market intelligence, geopolitical risk analysis, media relations, and organization of exclusive international business and energy conferences. In 1994 he established American Research Inc., specializing in political risk analysis, public opinion research, and business to government relations. From 1994 to date he has been appearing as a commentator on the geopolitics of oil and gas in Eurasia and Eastern Mediterranean, on international media networks such as CNN, Reuters, Associated Press, Al Jazeera, and the Middle East News Agency, and newspapers such as the, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and Al Ahram. Anthony Livanios holds a Master’s Degree in International Political Economy from Columbia University, New York, N.Y. (1991), and a B.A. in Economics from the American University, Washington, D.C. (1988). He is fluent in English, German and Greek. He served as a Navy SEAL in the Hellenic Navy (1992-­?1994).
