Audio TroubleShooting

The most common culprit is that the wrong audio mode was selected in the GoToWebinar app.

When you are in a session, you are able to specify which audio mode you use to connect to the audio conference (depending on which modes the organiser made available). It's possible that the default mode you joined with is not the one you want, and that you need to manually switch it.

  • If you want to connect with your mic and speakers, make sure Computer Mode or Internet Mode is selected.
  • If you want to connect with your telephone, make sure Phone Mode is selected

His mining career includes mine permitting, development and operations with Barrick Gold, Sherritt International, North American Palladium and AuRico Gold. Trent's commercial experience includes M&A, joint ventures, offtake contracts and over $2.6 billion in equity and debt financings. He was also CEO of Falco Resources, owner of the Horne project which has mineral reserves of over 6 million gold equivalent ounces. As President and Head of Mining of PearTree Securities, Trent created a mining team and led the firm to become the largest provider of flow-through capital in Canada, placing more than $300 million in capital in their first year. With over 30 years of experience, including 20 years specialising in the nickel industry, Andrew has a deep understanding of the metals and mining industry. As head of nickel research, Andrew guides our research agenda, shaping our coverage of developments in nickel markets. He is the author of the Nickel Industry Cost Service and the Global Nickel and Intermediates Service and co-author of the Nickel Metal Service. Andrew joined Wood Mackenzie as a mining analyst in July 1995. Since 1998, he has specialised in the challenges specific to the nickel industry. Prior to joining Wood Mackenzie, Andrew worked as a development metallurgist for Billiton and Johnson Matthey on both mineral processing and pyrometallurgy process development and optimisation.
