American Copper begins maiden drilling at Lordsburg project
American Copper Development Corp says it has received all required permits and has initiated a maiden 5,000-metre diamond drill programme at its Lordsburg copper porphyry property in southwest New Mexico, Kallanish reports.
The permits were approved by the US Bureau of Land Management and the New Mexico Mining and Minerals Division. The company has hired Major Drilling to conduct the Phase 1 drill campaign. The drilling began last weekend.
