Avtotor to release Russian EVs to compete with Tesla
Russian carmaker Avtotor, which previously produced cars of foreign brands and went idle amid sanctions, intends to present models of Russian electric vehicles in 2023, says chairman Valery Gorbunov.
The Kaliningrad-based company will even be able to compete with Tesla, he says.
