Axpo, Res to build battery storage unit in Sweden
Axpo, Switzerland's largest producer of renewable energy, will build a lithium-ion based battery storage plant in the Landskrona region of Sweden in collaboration with renewable energy specialist RES. Axpo acquired the project in March from the former developers RES and SCR, Kallanish notes.
