BYD predicts 425-450% profit increase for 2022
Chinese automaker BYD released its preliminary earnings estimate for 2022 on Monday. It expects its 2022 net profit to be about CNY 16 billion ($2.37 billion) to CNY 17 billion, an on-year increase of about 425.42--458.26%, Kallanish learns.
Based on its estimation, BYD's net profit for the fourth quarter of 2022 is about CNY 6.69 billion-CNY 7.69 billion, creating a record high.
