CALB signs Jiangmen project expansion
Chinese battery manufacturer CALB plans to add another 10 gigawatt hours of capacity to its 50-GWh Jiangmen-based battery project, Kallanish learns.
The company signed the expansion agreement on 6 August during the 2022 Jiangmen City Global Investment Promotion conference. The investment follows the construction of the project’s first phase on 30 July.
The total investment for this base project is about CNY 20 billion ($2.96 billion) before expansion. The …
