Company says revised plan in place to protect endangered Nevada wildflower
An Australia-based mining company says it expects to win US federal approval to proceed with its Rhyolite Ridge lithium-boron project on public lands in Nevada, despite an endangered wildflower, Kallanish has learned.
The company, ioneer Ltd, has submitted a revised plan for the mine that will protect the Tiehn’s buckwheat wildflower while the mine is being built.
