COPPER: Kamoa-Kakula mines set new quarterly, monthly production records
Kamoa Copper set a new quarterly record for copper production with 87,314 tonnes of copper concentrate in second quarter 2022 at its Kamoa-Kakula Mining Complex in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Kallanish reports.
Kamoa Copper also produced a record of 30,379 t of copper in June, after its Phase 2 facilities achieved steady-state production at the end of May.
