COPPER: Labour union approves 3-year Taseko Mines contract

Canada-based Taseko Mines says that unionised workers at its Gibraltar copper mine in British Columbia have ratified a new labour agreement, Kallanish reports. The new three-year contract with Unifor Local 3018 covers about 530 of the mine’s 700 workers. The contract is retroactive to 1 June, 2021.
