Pacific Ridge Exploration says it has signed an agreement with AuRico Metals to acquire up to a 75% interest in the Chuchi porphyry copper-gold project in north-central British Columbia, Kallanish reports.
The project covers 61 square kilometres about 90 km north of Fort St James, British Columbia, and lies in the Quesnel Trough.
