COPPER: Rio Tinto, partners agree to begin Oyu Tolgoi underground mining
Rio Tinto, Turquoise Hill Resources and the government of Mongolia are announcing an agreement to end a long-simmering dispute that had stalled expansion of the $6.93 billion Oyu Tolgoi copper-gold project in Mongolia, Kallanish reports.
