COPPER: Russia to build 2 new copper concentrators
Russia plans to build two concentration plants in Chukotka, each processing 35 million tonnes of ore per year each with a copper equivalent of 400,000 t, the Kremlin press service reports.
This became known after a meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and the chairman of the board of directors of UK-based, Kazakhstan-focused mining company KAZ Minerals Oleg Novachuk.
