Correction: BYD does not plan to sell EVs in Russia
Kallanish cited Vedomosti on 22 September, which stated incorrectly that Chinese firm BYD plans to sell cars into Russia via Belarusian company SGP. BYD did not immediately respond to Kallanish's requests for comment. BYD has since clarified that it does not have plans to sell vehicles in Russia via this route.
