DOE awards $42m to 22 hydrogen projects in 14 US states
The US Department of Energy is awarding $42 million to 22 projects in 14 states to advance critical technologies for producing, storing and deploying clean hydrogen, Kallanish reports.
The biggest grants went to General Motors, the University of California (Irvine) and the State University of New York at Buffalo, each getting $3m for membrane electrode assembly research.
