Eramet confirms phase 2 expansion plans for Centenario lithium plant
French miner Eramet is continuing the feasibility study into a phase two expansion of the Centenario lithium plant in Argentina, in collaboration with its partner China’s Tsinghan.
In its Q1 financial report, the French group confirms its plan to reach an annual output capacity of approximately 75,000 tonnes of battery-grade lithium carbonate equivalent (LCE) in two stages. An investment decision for the expansion will be made by year-end, Kallanish learns.…
