Full US appeals court to decide Resolution Copper land swap
The full US 9th District Court of Appeals will determine whether the US government improperly proceeded with a controversial land swap in Arizona with Resolution Copper Mining for its stalled copper-molybdenum mine in a continuing and highly publicised legal and political fight.
