Ganfeng, Seres to launch semi-solid-state battery powered BEV this year
Chinese leading battery firm Ganfeng Lithium's subsidiary Ganfeng Battery Technology announced the company it has achieved breakthrough in the solid-state power battery field. Its ternary solid-liquid-mixed lithium-ion batteries will be loaded on Seres' new battery electric model the Seres 5, which is expected to be on the market in 2023.
