Great Atlantic Resources begins Pilley's Island exploration in Newfoundland
Great Atlantic Resource says it is beginning its 2022 exploration programme at its Pilley’s Island base metal-precious metal property in eastern Canada, Kallanish reports.
The programme consists of prospecting and rock-soil geochemical sampling in target areas at the project in north-central Newfoundland where copper, zinc, lead and gold soil geochemical anomalies and anomalous copper in bedrock have been found, the British Columbia-based company says.
