Impact Minerals to sell 75% interest in Commonwealth project in Australia
Impact Minerals says it has signed an agreement to sell a 75% interest in its Commonwealth copper-gold project in Australia’s New South Wales, Kallanish reports.
The agreement is with Burrendong Minerals Ltd, a public company seeking to list on the Australia Stock Exchange. It paid AUD 25,000 ($17,422) for an eight-week exclusivity period to complete a share purchase agreement and joint venture agreement.
