Japan eyes 20% battery market share in 2030
Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry (METI) plans to prompt Japanese battery producers to take 20% of the global market share in terms of battery output capacity by 2030, according to Japan Broadcasting Corporation (NHK).
