LITHIUM: E3 achieves 97% brine recovery rate with prototype
Calgary, Alberta’s E3 Metals Corp has released its latest test results for its prototype lithium extraction system, Kallanish reports.
The lab-scale prototype has been in operation since October, processing lithium brine at a rate of 120 litres/hour.
The prototype achieved peak recoveries of 97% during 11 tests. The average recovery rate was above 90%, E3 says.
