LITHIUM: Huayou Cobalt acquires Prospect Lithium Zimbabwe
Huayou Cobalt has signed an equity purchase agreement for Prospect Lithium Zimbabwe with its major shareholders, including the Australia-listed parent company Prospect Resources, family trust fund Tamari Trust and Zimbabwean professor Kingston Kajese, as well as other related parties.
