LITHIUM: Liontown, LGES sign binding offtake for Kathleen Valley
Australia-listed Liontown said Monday it has signed a binding offtake agreement with battery manufacturer LG Energy Solution (LGES) for the supply of spodumene concentrate (SC6.0), Kallanish reports.
The full-form agreement follows the offtake terms sheet announced on 12 January. Under the deal, LGES will purchase up to 150,000 dry metric tonnes (dmt) of SC6.0 from the Kathleen Valley lithium project in Western Australia.
