LITHIUM: Testwork shows Wolfsberg ore can produce battery grade chemicals
European Lithium (EUR) said Thursday its proposed Wolfsberg lithium project in Austria can produce high quality, battery grade lithium chemicals following technical testing.
The Australia-listed firm hired German consultant Anzaplan to conduct testwork on bulk samples collected from stockpiles of ore obtained from underground mining activities in 2013. The metallurgical testing showed lithium carbonate or lithium hydroxide can be produced with very low impurities…
