NexTech Batteries starts OEM testing of its lithium-sulphur cells
US-based NexTech Batteries has started customer qualification tests for its patented lithium-sulphur battery technology, Kallanish reports.
Samples of the semi-solid-state 5.4-amp hour cells are making their way to major automotive manufacturers, state energy commissions in the US and consumer technology companies.
