Pursuit Minerals to close soon on deal to acquire Argetina lithium project
Australia-based Pursuit Minerals says its purchase of Trilogy Minerals and its advanced Rio Grande Sur lithium project in Argentina should be finalised in the next two weeks, Kallanish reports.
The company says its due diligence and documentation on the Trilogy Minerals acquisition are expected to be completed this week. The deal is seen as transformational for the company, Pursuit says in a statement.
