Rosatom announces ‘unique’ Russian electrolysis plant
Russian state nuclear company Rosatom says it has developed a hydrogen production unit that combines alkaline and proton-exchange membrane (PEM) technologies, Kallanish reports.
The first stage of testing on the 50 cubic metres/hour electrolyser plant was completed by LLC NPO Centrotech, part of Rosatom. It was then commissioned by Rosenergoatom – another Rosatom subsidiary.
