Russia to develop an electric car based on the UAZ in 2023
A Russian enterprise in the Crimea will develop and present this year an electric vehicle based on a Russian Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant (UAZ) model, Kallanish notes.
Testing is scheduled to begin this spring, says the chairman of the association for the development of electric transport Rustranselectro Mikhail Demuria.
