The Russian Government, state nuclear corporation Rosatom, and state gas giant Gazprom signed an agreement of intent on cooperation in the development of hydrogen energy, Kallanish notes.
Under the agreement, by 2030, Rosatom will implement a program to create domestic technologies in the field of production and handling of hydrogen, organising serial production of Russian electrolysis plants of various capacities.
