September US auto sales increase, despite higher prices, tight supplies
A report by JD Power and LMC Automotive says United States car sales will rise in September on strong demand, despite higher prices being paid by consumers and tight supplies, Kallanish reports.
New vehicle retail sales in September are expected to increase to 958,948 vehicles, a 5.4% increase compared to September 2021, the report says. Both years had the same number of selling days.
