Shenzhen-listed Shanghai Pret Composites announced its holding subsidiary Jiangsu Highstar Battery Manufacturing has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with HiNa Battery’s Liyang-based wholly-owned subsidiary Liyang HiNa Battery Technology
