Sojitz to lead green hydrogen demonstration project in Australia
Japanese trading house Sojitz, Nippon Engineering Consultants and Australian utility CS Energy will progress a green hydrogen demonstration project in Queensland, Australia, Kallanish reports.
The confirmation comes as Japan’s environment ministry MOEJ grants public funding to the project. The consortium will power an electrolyser with solar energy, and export the green hydrogen production to the Republic of Palau for utilisation in fuel cell energy storage…
