Syrah Resources gets $102m US loan for Louisiana graphite plant expansion
Australia-based Syrah Resources says it is getting a $102 million US Department of Energy binding loan for the expansion of the company’s Vidalia battery materials plant in Louisiana, Kallanish reports.
The first loan advance will be made in the December 2022 quarter. The company says it has the remaining $165m for the Vidalia expansion available in existing corporate funds.
