TECO 2030 produces its first PEM fuel cell stack
Norwegian fuel cell start-up TECO 2030 announced Thursday the production of its first PEM fuel cell stack purposedly designed for heavy-duty and marine applications, Kallanish reports.
The company says the product, described as a “world’s first”, will enable it to run several pilot tests next year, providing a net output of 100 kilowatts. The stacks are then combined with balance of plant (BoP) components into a fuel cell module.
