US Steel explores hydrogen hub
Equinor US Holdings, US Steel, and Shell have agreed to a non-exclusive cooperative partnership to forward plans for a new collaborative clean energy hub, reports Kallanish.
The facility is proposed to explore opportunities for reducing carbon emissions - mainly through the production and use of hydrogen or carbon capture and storage methods. Its location is the Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania region.
