UK-listed miner Alien Metals has completed the acquisition of 100% of the Vivash Gorge Iron Ore Project in the Pilbara region of Western Australia from Australia-listed miner Zenith Minerals, Kallanish notes.
According to Alien Metals, both parties have satisfied all conditions in the binding heads of agreement which they entered last month (see Kallanish passim).
