ArcelorMittal expects global consumption to rebound this year
ArcelorMittal expects global apparent steel consumption outside of China to rebound 2-3% on-year in 2023, supported by the end of destocking that characterised the second half of 2022. For China, the steelmaker expects demand to remain stable.
