ArcelorMittal France adapts workforce to costs, lower demand
ArcelorMittal will adapt its workforce in France to the current reduced demand, in order to minimise the impact of the latest economic crisis.
The company says it intends to reduce its use of temporary workers and contractors where possible, encourage employees to take early leave and prepare for the “possibility of partial activity”, depending on demand.
