Argentina remains net importer in 2022

Argentina saw its fourth-quarter-of-2022 finished steel trade deficit narrow quarter-on-quarter by 172,300 tonnes or 86.9% over Q3 to 25,900t, Kallanish notes. The country remained a net importer in 2022, with finished steel trade deficit widening on-year.
