Bekaert sells Chilean and Peruvian assets
Bekaert says it has reached an agreement to sell its steel wire solutions businesses in Chile and Peru to its current business partners.
The sale is expected to be closed in 2023 and should result in net proceeds for Bekaert of $136 million, Kallanish notes.
