BHP’s Samarco dam disaster case goes to trial
BHP Group will face a class action lawsuit in England over the Samarco dam disaster, Kallanish notes. After four years of proceedings and court hearings, judge Finola O'Farrell ruled on 21 December that the case must go to trial.
