BlackRock increases shareholding in Usiminas
US investment company BlackRock has increased its stake in Brazil’s Usiminas, the steelmaker says in a note seen by Kallanish.
BlackRock increased its class A preferred shares to 65,478,742, representing approximately 11.95% of this type of share, and 27,413,272 derivative financial instruments, representing approximately 5% of the total preferred shares issued by the company, Usiminas explains.
