Bowen completes Burton Mine acquisition
Australian miner Bowen Coking Coal has completed the acquisition of 100% of shares in New Lenton Coal, which currently owns a 90% interest in the Lenton joint venture, Kallanish notes.
The transaction, originally announced in August 2021, represents a transformational acquisition for Bowen.
