Brazil’s December flat steel sales fall, outlook positive
Flat steel sales and purchases by Brazil’s distributors and service centres fell both month-on-month and on-year in December. Shipments were also lower in full-year 2021, Kallanish notes.
According to national steel distributors’ association Inda, flat steel sales and purchases should each increase by 10% in January.
