Brazil’s wire rod exports rise in May
Brazilian wire rod exports continued to recover in May. Shipments increased on-month and were also higher year-on-year for the fourth consecutive month.
Brazil exported 4,990 tonnes of wire rod in May, up 4.6% over April and 8.7% more y-o-y, according to the latest Brazilian Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (Mdic) report monitored by Kallanish.
