Canada's rig count falls , US count holds
The number of rigs operating in the US remained flat last week whilst Canada's rig count continued to decline during the week ended 30 December, Kallanish learns from energy services company Baker Hughes.
The total rig count in the US stands at 779 rigs, which is up by 193 rigs from the equivalent week last year.
