Chinese hike, Taiwanese retreat puzzle GCC HRC market
The Gulf Cooperation Council hot rolled coil market is puzzled after Taiwanese offers retreated, Chinese offers hiked, and the Indian local market rebounded. Japanese and Indian mills are revising their offers, but they also note that Turkish, European and Vietnamese demand is muted.
